How to submit a song to Glad Music Company Who are some songwriters we've published?
Wes Daily listens to every demo and attends most recording sessions, as here with Walt Wilkins in the recording studio.  "We cannot afford to overlook a million-seller", Wes says, "so I give every demo a second chance.  I don't want to mistake a bad recording for a bad song!"

Submitting a Song to Glad Music Company

1. Please submit your song demos by audio CD (compact disc) only. No cassettes accepted. MP3s can be submitted by email only after permission to send has been given by Glad Music. 

2. Send 3 songs per CD only. Make sure you send your very strongest material. We are specifically looking for top 40 commercial country, country pop, Texas country-singer songwriter, some swing, and Cajun flavored country material. Do not send in artist demos unless approved first by Glad Music. 

3. Please do not send fully packaged, shrink wrapped CDs. Send your demos in a sufficiently padded mailer, enough to prevent breakage. 

4. Include lyric sheets, your name, and contact info. If you should desire to get your cds and materials back, include packaging and proper postage sufficient to mail back to you.  Include a SASE should you want notification that we have passed on your submission. In the event we decide to use your material we will contact you immediately. Please do not include copyright papers/registration, or PRO (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC) registration. As always make sure your musical compositions are your original creations or works, as we will need to verify if further action is taken with your material. 

5. Make your submission as professional as possible within reason, and all info printed and legible. Cover letters should be brief and to the point
